Dua 28 to Seek Protection from the Humiliation of Judgment Day
(Surah Aal-e-Imran (3), Verse 194)
Rabbanaa wa aatinaa maa wa'attanaa 'alaa Rusulika wa laa tukhzinaa Yawmal Qiyaamah; innaka laa tukhliful mee'aad.
Our Lord, give us what You have promised us through Your apostles, and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed You do not break Your promise.
(Surah Aal-e-Imran (3), Verse 194)
"The believers have accepted the true faith brought by the Messenger. Now, they beseech Allah to save them from the humiliation of the Day of Judgment—a fate that has already befallen the disbelievers and hypocrites.
In the sacred Hadith, it is mentioned that on the Day of Judgment, in the field of Mahshar (gathering), Allah will be so pleased with some of His servants due to their specific righteous deeds that when their accounts are taken, He will cast a veil of His mercy over them. Thus, no one will come to know of the sins they committed. Then, He will make them confess their sins and say, 'O My servant, due to such-and-such good deeds, I have forgiven these sins of yours.' Meanwhile, other servants will have their accounts settled in the presence of their relatives and acquaintances."
