Dua 1 Begin every task with this prayer so that you may attain success.
(Surah Taha (20), verses 25-26)

رَبِّ ٱشْرَحْ لِى صَدْرِى وَيَسِّرْ لِىٓ أَمْرِى

Rabbish rah lee sadree Wa yassir leee amree

My Lord! Open my breast for me. Make my task easy for me.

(Surah Taha (20), verses 25)

وَيَسِّرْ لِىٓ أَمْرِى

Wa yassir leee amree

Make my task easy for me.

(Surah Taha (20), verses 26)

 

 

 

When Allah the Almighty commanded Prophet Musa (A.S.) to go to Pharaoh and present the signs of Allah’s power before him, his courtiers, and his army through the two miracles given to him by Allah Prophet Musa (A.S.) made this supplication. This incident makes it clear that even a great prophet like Hazrat Musa (A.S.) sought Allah’s help for success, despite being divinely commanded to carry out the task.
